Where your cashback comes from
Many online stores pay referral commissions through affiliate programmes. When your purchase starts on Valena, that commission is paid to us, and we share part of it with you. Your price at the store stays the same.
Before you shop
- Cashback is worked out on the order value the store pays commission on, usually excluding GST, delivery and fees.
- Cancelled and returned orders don't qualify.
- Coupon codes from other websites can stop an order from being recorded.
