What happens between your click and your payout, and what decides whether an order earns cashback.
Steps
Sign in, then choose a store
Being signed in to Valena links the visit to your account. Check the offer's conditions first.
Shop at the store
Our link takes you to the store's own website. Order and pay there as usual.
Wait for approval
The store records the order, then approves or rejects it once its return period ends.
Withdraw
Approved cashback becomes withdrawable to a UPI ID or bank account in your name.
Order statuses

Qualifies
- Members aged 18 or over who live in India.
- Orders started from a Valena link and finished in the same session.
- Orders kept in full, not cancelled, returned or exchanged.
- Orders that meet the offer's category, customer-type and coupon conditions.
Usually doesn't qualify
- Coupons taken from other websites.
- Gift cards, wallet loads and store-excluded categories.
- App orders on web-only offers, and the reverse.
- Bulk, resale or business purchases.
Getting paid
- Payouts go to a UPI ID or Indian bank account held in your own name.
- You can withdraw once your approved balance reaches the minimum shown in your account.
- We may verify account and payout details before paying, to prevent fraud.

Frequently asked
An order hasn't been recorded. What now?
Allow up to 7 days. If it still isn't showing, email support@valena.in within 30 days of the order date with the store name, order ID, date, amount and a screenshot of the confirmation.
Why is the cashback lower than I worked out?
Stores pay commission only on the eligible amount, which normally leaves out GST, delivery and fees. Some stores also pay different rates by category, and partial returns reduce the total.
Who decides if an order is approved?
The store. Valena passes on its decision. If you believe an order was rejected by mistake, write to us and we'll ask the store to review it where it allows.
Will I pay more by using Valena?
No. The store's price is the same. Cashback comes from the commission the store pays us.
